<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser surgery apparatus allowing an operator to brightly observe a treated region without loss of laser beams. <；P>；SOLUTION: The laser surgery apparatus comprises a treatment laser light source 11 for oscillating the laser beam for treatment； an illumination optical system 20； an observation optical system 30； an aiming laser light source 40 for oscillating the aiming light for aligning at the treated region Ea； an optical fiber 12 for guiding the laser beam oscillated from the treatment laser light source 11 and the aiming light oscillated from the aiming laser light source 40； and an irradiation optical system 50 for irradiating the treated region Ea with the laser beam and the aiming light guided by the optical fiber 12. The laser surgery apparatus also has a first reflection member 61 for reflecting the aiming light and a second reflection member 62 for reflecting the laser beam.
