PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthodontic appliance production jig capable of accurately performing attachment work of a setup denture mold model in a short time without any necessity of high proficiency, a production jig including an arch wire, and a method for producing an orthodontic appliance.SOLUTION: Production jigs 3a and 3b comprise: head parts 31a and 31b in which recessed grooves 311a and 311b for holding an arch wire are formed and support parts 32a and 32b concatenated to the head parts, and including projections 322a and 322b projecting outward in the width direction, and tapered portions 321a and 321b having a tapered shape. The production jigs 31a and 31b have a tabular shape with thin plate thickness, so that this configuration can sufficiently secure a work space for attaching a bracket to pseudo teeth, even when the production jigs 31a and 31b are fixed in a setup denture mold model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】高度の熟練度を要することなくセットアップ歯型模型に対する取り付け作業を、短時間で、かつ正確に行うことができる歯列矯正具の作製治具、アーチワイヤを備える作製治具、および歯列矯正具の作製方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】作製治具3a、3bは、アーチワイヤを保持するための凹溝部311a、311bが形成された頭部31a、31bと、頭部に連接され、幅方向外方に突出する突起部322a、322bを含み、先細形状のテーパー部321a、321bを有する支持部32a、32bから構成される。作製治具31a、31bは、板厚が薄い平板状であるため、作製治具31a、31bをセットアップ歯型模型に固定したとしても、ブラケットを疑似歯に取り付ける作業スペースを充分に確保することができるものとなっている。【選択図】図2
