PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning method for orthodontic appliances capable of efficiently fitting an orthodontic appliance at an accurate position.SOLUTION: A positioning method for orthodontic appliance includes the steps of: engraving a denture mold 1 on the basis of teeth of a patient, and engraving a positioning member 2 at an orthodontic appliance fitting position of a tooth part 11 in need of straightening in the denture mold 1 sticking a base to which the orthodontic appliance is bound, to each tooth part 11, fitting and positioning the orthodontic appliance to each of positioning members 2, and connecting the respective bases to each other with photo-curing resin removing the connected bases from the denture mold 1 along with the orthodontic appliances and directly sticking the connected bases and the orthodontic appliances to the teeth of the patient, removing a flexible member with which the orthodontic appliances and the bases are bound, and fixing the orthodontic appliances to the surface of the teeth.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】矯正装置を正確な位置に効率的に取り付けることができる、歯列矯正装置の位置決め方法を提供すること。【解決手段】患者の歯に基づいて歯型模型1を彫刻し、歯型模型1において矯正が必要な歯部11の矯正装置取り付け位置に位置決め部材2を彫刻する工程と、矯正装置を縛り付けたベース単体を各歯部11に貼付して、矯正装置を各位置決め部材2に嵌置して位置決めした後、光硬化樹脂で各ベース単体を相互に連接する工程と、連接されたベース単体を矯正装置と共に歯型模型1から取り外す工程と、連接されたベース単体と矯正装置を患者の歯に直接貼付して、矯正装置とベース単体を縛り付けた可撓部材を取り外し、矯正装置を歯の表面に固定する工程とを含む。【選択図】図2
