PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a highly accurate blood sugar level measurement with small measurement error by light sensing using a phase shif method despite a non-invasive measurement.SOLUTION: A blood sugar level measuring apparatus 10 includes: a photosensor 11 a sensor circuit 12 for driving the photosensor 11 an operation unit 13 to be connected to the sensor circuit 12 and a computer 14 to be connected to the operation unit 13.
