The present invention relates to a chip for blood coagulation, which comprises: a first substrate with a sample inlet and micro-fluidic channel formed thereon, wherein the sample inlet and the micro-fluidic channel connect together, the micro-flowing channel comprises an examination site, the deep of the micro- fluidic channel is 30 μm to 150 μm, and a sample blood is introduced into the sample inlet and flows into the detection site and a protected slice, which is disposed on the micro-fluidic channel of the first substrate.
