PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device and a three-dimensional image display device capable of easily grasping an antero-posterior relation of an object in an MIP image.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes a search part, a setting part, and a generation part. The search part sets a depth position corresponding a specified position specified in an MIP image, using volume data which is three-dimensional medical image data. The setting part sets a display area which is an area of a predetermined size including a three-dimensional position indicated by three-dimensional position information based on the three-dimensional position information including the specified position and the depth position.
