The non-contact respiration sensing apparatus using radar of the present invention comprises: a radar for transmitting a transmission signal in a specific space to receive a wireless signal returning by being reflected to a measurement object a clutter removal unit for receiving measured raw data from the radar, and removing all clutter signals except for a signal for a corresponding measurement object a measurement object detecting unit for detecting a position of the corresponding measurement object by comparing a gap between the radar and the position of the corresponding measurement object with a predefined threshold value and a signal from which a clutter is removed by the clutter removal unit a measurement object distance measuring unit for calculating the distance between the corresponding measurement object and the radar through a time of arrival (TOA) of a signal detected on the basis of the position of the corresponding measurement object detected by the measurement object detecting unit a measurement object state determining unit for determining a static state or a dynamic state of the corresponding measurement object on the basis of the distance between the corresponding measurement object and the radar calculated by the measurement object distance measuring unit and a measurement object respiration sensing unit for sensing a respiration of the corresponding measurement object during the static state of the corresponding measurement object determined by the measurement object state determining unit.
