PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic device capable of acquiring a signal with excellent sensitivity.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic device 1 comprises: a plurality of ultrasonic elements 3 disposed as a matrix aligned in a row direction and a column direction along a virtual surface 14 first electrodes 11 provided on first surfaces 3a being one surfaces of the plurality of ultrasonic elements 3 and second electrodes 13 provided on second surfaces 3b being the other surfaces so as to interpose the virtual surface 14 thereamong first row wiring 6f wiring a plurality of first electrodes 11 in the row direction second row wiring 6g wiring a plurality of second electrodes 13 in the row direction and column wiring 8 wiring the plurality of first electrodes 11 and the plurality of second electrodes 13 in the column direction. In the ultrasonic elements 3 where the first electrodes 11 are connected to the first row wiring 6f, the second electrodes 13 are connected to the column wiring 8. In the ultrasonic elements 3 where the first electrodes 11 are connected to the column wiring 8, the second electrodes 13 are connected to the second row wiring 6g.
