The present invention relates to a pulse wave measuring apparatus for automatically changing an angle at which a sensor contacts the skin in response to a shape of the skin during measurement of pulse waves. The apparatus includes a fixing module attached to a pulse wave measuring part of a person to fix the measuring part with reference to a first position previously displayed on the pulse wave measuring part and a sensing module mounted at one side of the fixing module to measure the pulse wave of the person while contacting the skin in the first position by using pressure applied from the outside. An angle of the sensing module may be controlled by the applied pressure to correspond to the skin in the first position.맥파 측정 시 피부 형상에 대응하여 센서의 피부 접촉 각도를 자동적으로 변경하는 맥파 측정 장치가 제공된다. 상기 장치는: 측정 대상자의 맥파 측정 부위에 부착되어, 상기 맥파 측정 부위에 미리 표시된 제1 위치를 기준으로 상기 측정 부위를 고정시키는 고정 모듈, 및 상기 고정 모듈의 일측에 장착되며, 외부로부터 인가되는 압력을 이용하여 상기 제1 위치의 피부 표면에 접촉하면서 상기 측정 대상자의 맥파를 측정하는 센싱 모듈을 포함하며, 상기 센싱 모듈은, 상기 인가되는 압력에 의해 상기 제1 위치의 피부 표면에 대응하도록 각도가 조절될 수 있다.
