PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corneal endothelial cell imaging apparatus which improves reliability in diagnosing the soundness of an endothelial cell.SOLUTION: A corneal endothelial cell imaging apparatus includes: an illumination optical system 4 for applying slit light toward the cornea of a subjects eye obliquely an imaging optical system 5 for receiving reflected light from the corneal endothelial cell of the cornea and imaging the corneal endothelial cell a fixation projection system for guiding the visual line of the subjects eye and fixing the same and imaging position changing means 19, 49 for changing the imaging position of the imaging optical system by relatively displacing the imaging optical system and the subjects eye with the visual line of the subjects eye fixed to a fixation mark.
