The present invention provides a blended composition, which comprises chitosan and a biodegradable polymer. The blended composition lacks porousness and has high transmittancy. Therefore, it is suitable for corneal cell culture and corneal substitution. In addition, the present blended composition has a limitation in its thickness for less than 2000 μm. The present invention also provides a use of the blended composition as corneal substitute.本發明提供一種混摻組合物,其包含幾丁聚醣及生物可分解高分子。該混摻組合物無孔洞且透光度良好,因此適於培養角膜細胞,以及做為角膜替代物。此外,該混摻組合物之厚度不大於2000微米。本發明更進一步提供一種混摻組合物做為角膜替代物的用途。
