A device 1 for operating a motor vehicle’s accelerator and brake, comprising lever 2 connected to frame 3, and two mechanisms which are connected to the vehicle’s brake and accelerator pedals respectively. The brake activates when lever 2 moves forwards, and the accelerator activates when lever 2 moves backwards. Frame 3 has at least one fixing point 5, 6 to a side of the vehicle. Frame 3 may have two fixing points 5, 6 to the side of the vehicle, oriented horizontally and vertically respectively； and at least one fixing point to the seat rails. The accelerator-operating mechanism may have a strut 13 joined to frame 3, the accelerator pedal via strut 12, and lower portion 9 of lever 2 via roller 16. The brake-operating mechanism may be joined to lever 2 above portion 9 via strut 11, and can extend when lever 2 moves backwards.
