PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of mass production depending on production using a skewering machine for promotion of efficiency in which an effect or an added value of a skewed chicken wing skewer is relatively cheap and is conceived around 5-15 yen, however it may not match with labor cost if a chicken wing is drilled with a drill and is made to pass through a skewer in a hand skewing.SOLUTION: In a bone of chicken wing meat, an inlet portion is drilled larger and the middle portion of the bone is drilled smaller using a conical type drill, and thereby the inlet portion is easily passed even if there is some error, and it is just held at the middle portion of the bone and it is easy to make a state of being difficult to draw out, and therefore the mechanization and mass production becomes possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 串を打った手羽元串の効果あるいは付加価値は比較的安く、5~15円程度と考えられるが、手羽元をドリルで穴を開け手刺しで串を通すとなると人件費コストに見合わないこととなり、効率化の為に串刺し機を使った生産による量産化が課題となっている。【解決手段】 鳥手羽元肉の骨に円錐型ドリルで入口部分は大きく骨の中程は小さく穴を開けることで、入口部分は多少の誤差があっても通しやすく、骨の中程でピッタリと保持されて抜けにくい状態を作り易く、機械化、量産化が可能となる。【選択図】 図1
