To provide a drug dispensing device which is high in working efficiency even in a prescription using a manual distribution portion and can minimize the occurrence of human error.SOLUTION: The medicine packaging apparatus 10 includes a manual distribution unit 30, a packaging unit 80, and a control unit 100, and can package and dispose medicines dispensed from the manual distribution unit 30 in the packaging unit 80. The manual distributing unit 30 is provided with a plurality of manual distributing units 34 capable of dispensing medicated medicines based on prescription.
