PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus provided with a foot switch capable of reliably avoiding a switch stepping error without directing the line of sight toward the foot.SOLUTION: An X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus 1 includes a foot switch 29 to which a detection sensor 43 is provided. The detection sensor 43 detects whether or not an operators foot is in contact with a switch for each switch provided to the foot switch 29. Since the information detected by the detection sensor 43 is displayed on an image display monitor in a visible state such as by a character and video, the operator can visually confirm the information to specify the switch 39 that the foot is in contact with.
