PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing Lyphyllum decastes, by which the Lyphyllum decastes can be cultured in a labor-saving state without independently requiring a germination process, and which enables power saving, the shortage of a culturing period, and the like.SOLUTION: This method for culturing the Lyphyllum decastes is characterized by (1) setting an overlapped region between a temperature region suitable for culture and a temperature region suitable for the formation of anlage as a temperature region, (2) simultaneously making to proceed the culturing and the germination in parallel in a state sealing a mushroom bed in a culture container without taking out the mushroom bed from the culture container, and (3) then growing the Lyphyllum decastes at two steps comprising the culture process accompanied with the germination and a growth process.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は、ハタケシメジの栽培にあって、芽出し工程を独立的に要することなく省力的に栽培を可能としたもので、省力化と栽培期間の短縮等を可能とする。【解決手段】 ハタケシメジの培養に際して、(1)培養に適した温度領域と原基形成に適した温度領域との重なる領域を温度域として設定し、(2)培養にあって栽培容器から菌床を取り出すことなく栽培容器内に菌床を封じたままで培養と芽出しを同時並行的に進行させ、(3)然る後に芽出しを伴う培養工程と生育工程との2段階でハタケシメジを生育させることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図2
