The present invention relates to eyeglasses sensing a state of traffic lights. The eyeglasses sensing the state of the traffic lights includes: a frame wherein lenses are mounted a pair of temples connected to the frame and a traffic light sensing device mounted on one of the temples. The traffic light sensing device includes: a traffic light frequency sensing unit sensing a size of a frequency outputted from the traffic lights, determining whether a traffic light currently lit up is red or green based on the sensed size of the frequency, and outputting corresponding determination signals a voice output control unit connected to the traffic light frequency sensing unit, determining whether the traffic light currently lit is red or green in accordance with the determination signals applied from the traffic light frequency sensing unit, and outputting corresponding voice signals in accordance with the determined traffic light and a voice outputting unit connected to the voice output control unit and outputting a voice message corresponding to the voice signals applied from the voice output control unit. The purpose of the present invention is to improve user convenience by providing the eyeglasses informing the user using voice about the state of the traffic lights.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 신호등 상태 감지 안경에 관한 것으로서, 상기 신호등 상태 감지 안경은 렌즈가 장착되는 테두리, 상기 테두리에 연결되어 있는 한 쌍의 안경다리, 그리고 상기 안경 다리 중 하나에 장착되어 있는 신호등 상태 감지 장치를 포함한다. 이때, 신호등 상태 감지 장치는 신호등에서 출력되는 주파수의 크기를 감지하고, 감지된 주파수의 크기에 따라 현재 점등된 신호등이 적색 신호등인지 녹색 신호등인지를 판정하여 해당 판정 신호를 출력하는 신호등 주파수 감지부, 상기 신호등 주파수 감지부와 연결되어 있고, 상기 신호등 주파수 감지부로부터 인가되는 판정 신호의 상태에 따라 현재 점등된 신호등이 녹색 신호등인지 적색 신호등인지 판정하고, 판정된 신호등의 종류에 맞게 해당하는 음성 신호를 출력하는 음성 출력 제어부, 그리고 상기 음성 출력 제어부와 연결되어 있고, 상기 음성 출력 제어부로부터 인가되는 음성 신호에 해당하는 음성 메시지를 출력하는 음성 출력부를 포함한다.
