PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new tying buckle and a funiculus body with the buckle that can stably perform the tying work of a funiculus body for surgery.SOLUTION: A tying buckle 1 is used as a clasp when tying a funiculus body for surgery. The tying buckle comprises: a buckle body 2 comprising a connection part 21 with a rear end of the funiculus body for surgery connected thereto and a flap 3 attached to the buckle body so as to be turned between two positions of a first position tilted to one end side where the connection part of the buckle body is present and a second position tilted to the other end side of the buckle body. By using the tying buckle, the flap is positioned in the second position, and then the tip of the funiculus body for surgery is made to pass between the upper surface of the buckle body and the base end 31 where a rotating shaft 4 of the flap is present from the rear end side of the buckle body. After that, the flap is positioned in the first position, and the funiculus body for surgery is held between the upper surface of the buckle body and the lower surface of the flap 3, and thereby the funiculus body for surgery is tied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】手術用索体の結索作業を安定的に行うことができる新規な結索用バックル、及びバックル付索体を提供する。【解決手段】手術用索体を結索する際の留め具として使用される結索用バックル1として、手術用索体の後端が連結される連結部21を具備するバックル本体2と、バックル本体の連結部が存する一端側に倒された第一ポジションと、バックル本体の他端側に倒された第二ポジションと、の二つのポジション間を回動可能となるようにしてバックル本体に取り付けられたフラップ3と、を具備してなるものを用い、フラップを第二ポジションに位置させたうえで、バックル本体の後端側から、手術用索体の先端をバックル本体の上面とフラップの回転軸4が存する基端部31との間に通過させた後、フラップを第一ポジションに位置させ、バックル本体の上面とフラップ3の下面との間に手術用索体を挟持させることによって、手術用索体を結索する。【選択図】図1
