The method for providing a diet through biometric tracking according to the present invention comprises: a measuring step in which a measuring instrument measures the biometrics of a user； a recommended diet deriving step in which a server wirelessly connected to the measuring instrument receives the biometrics of the user from the measuring instrument, analyzes the biometrics of the user, and derives a recommended diet； a recommended diet transmitting step in which the server transmits the recommended diet to a user terminal； a diet intake inputting step in which the user terminal receives a user's diet intake from the user； a diet intake transmitting step in which the user terminal transmits the received diet intake to the server； a recommended diet reconfiguring step in which the server compares the received diet intake with the recommended diet, performs an analysis and reconfigures a recommended diet； and a reconfigured recommended diet transmitting step in which the server transmits the reconfigured recommended diet to the user terminal.
