El movimiento de los dedos se logra mediante cables flexibles, cables rigidos y pines de tension, los que constan de una barra circular, una base de mayor diametro y una seccion cuadrada entre la barra y la base siendo que esta configuracion permite la regulacion manual de la tension de los cables. Adicionalmente, cuenta con medios de apoyo en zonas de mayor contacto entre la protesis y la piel que protegen y facilitan la ventilacion superficies antideslizantes para facilitar la sujecion de objetos, algunos de los cuales poseen cortes en cruz que ocultan, protegen y permiten el acceso a la zona donde se encuentran los agujeros donde se amarran los cables flexibles y rigidos y medios de sujecion para ajustar la protesis con la extremidad afectada.
