PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption when pressurizing a cuff pressure by use of a piezoelectric pump in a pressurization process of the cuff pressure for blood pressure measurement.SOLUTION: The amplitude and the frequency of a voltage applied to the piezoelectric pump is determined by this blood pressure measurement device (step S112, step S113), control is performed such that the voltage having the determined amplitude and frequency is applied to the piezoelectric pump (step S114), and a blood pressure value is calculated based on the cuff pressure detected by a pressure detection part in the pressurization process of pressurizing the cuff pressure by the piezoelectric pump (step S115).
