A dermatological skin treatment device is provided. The device comprises a handpiece and a cutting tool, wherein the tool is inserted through the conduit and percutaneously inserted into a tissue disposed within a recessed area of the handpiece. The device and method cut the fibrous structures under the skin that cause cellulite at an angle substantially parallel to the surface of the skin and replace these structures with a non-cellulite forming structure by deploying a highly fibrous mesh through a single needle hole to create a highly fibrous layer directly or through wound healing processes.Linvention porte sur un dispositif de traitement cutané dermatologique. Le dispositif comprend une pièce à main et un outil de découpe, loutil étant introduit à travers le conduit et introduit de façon percutanée dans un tissu disposé à lintérieur dune zone en creux de lembout à main. Le dispositif et le procédé découpent les structures fibreuses sous la peau qui provoquent la cellulite à un angle sensiblement parallèle à la surface de la peau et remplacent ces structures par une structure non formatrice de cellulite en déployant un filet hautement fibreux à travers un trou daiguille unique pour créer une couche hautement fibreuse directement ou par lintermédiaire de processus de cicatrisation.
