PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which includes suppressing means for suppressing the scattering of a content when the packaging bag is unsealed, and the content is pushed out from the unsealed section by compressing the lower part of the packaging bag, and also, is rich in convenience in the packaging bag in which a jelly-like solid matter is sealed.SOLUTION: The packaging bag is constituted by heat-sealing a pair of front and rear films into a bag shape, and in which the jelly-like solid matter is hermetically packaged.
