PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for mounds which forms streaky mounds on the upper surface of a multifilm in order to seal a planting hole of multi-cultivation such as garlic bulbs and prevent the entry of strong wind.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a device for streaky mounds of multi cultivation, such as garlic, wherein a machine casing is mounted on the front of a car, the machine casing is equipped with an earthing device in which a cylindrical brush body is installed horizontally, the brush body implants a wire rod in radiation direction with respect to a rotation axis, a wire rod with a short diameter is arranged previously at a position of a planting hole for a bulb to form a cutout portion, the brush body rotates while scooping up toward the direction of movement with respect to double width multifilm, and thereby scattered soils scooped up on the upper surface of the multifilm are collected in the cutout portion to form a streaky mounds.
