PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for highly accurately and simply calculating the filling volume of a self-tissue for breast reconstruction, a method for precisely and simply manufacturing a template for highly accurately and precisely reproducing breast reconstruction technique, the template, and a medical brassiere constituted by utilizing the template.SOLUTION: The method includes transforming three-dimensional scan data of a breast acquired by a scanner into three-dimensional polygonal data, three-dimensional CAD data, and three-dimensional solid data, calculating the filling volume of the self-tissue on the basis of the three-dimensional solid data, and three-dimensionally designing a base part of a reconstructed breast on the basis of shape data in which a skin thickness is off-set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】精度が高く且つ簡便に、乳房再建における自家組織充填容量算出のための方法、乳房再建術を高精度且つ正確に再現するためのテンプレートを適確且つ簡便に製造できる方法、及び該テンプレート、更には、該テンプレートを活用して構成される医療用ブラジャーを提供する。【解決手段】スキャナにより取得された乳房の3次元スキャンデータを3次元ポリゴンデータ、3次元CADデータ、3次元ソリッドデータに変換し、さらに、3次元ソリッドデータを基に自家組織充填容量を算出し、皮膚肉厚分をオフセットした形状データに基づき再建乳房の基部を3次元設計する。【選択図】図1
