The apparatus for dispensing shaved frozen product includes: a dispensing area and a refrigerated area having: a plurality of shaving units and a platform, operatively connected to each of the plurality of shaving units and configured to allow each shaving unit to rotate. The method for dispensing frozen products includes: providing a plurality of frozen blocks to a plurality of shaving units selecting at least one of the frozen blocks to be shaved rotating a carousel to align a shaving unit of the plurality of shaving units with a dispensing area and dispensing a predetermined portion of the selected frozen block.
