Tools assembly (40), which is placed mainly within the frame (9) consists of big hollow roller (8) with sickle-like teeth (22) for clod crushing and rough grinding of the soil, an artificial fertilizer reservoir (21) placed above and somewhat in front of the roller (8), an array of mutually paralel stripe cleaners (10), vibrational plates (11) for soil stabilization placed behind the soil leveler (26), reservoir (16) of the planter placed above and behind vibrational plates (11) and actuation assembly (35 29, 30, 33) for driving of the artificial fertilizer reservoir (21) and the eccentric shaft (18).
