The present invention relates to an advanced raising system to which an automatic control technique with high reliability is grafted. The raising system of the present invention checks dissolved oxygen of water collected in a water tank of an aquaculture pond in real time so as to adjust the dissolved oxygen to a normal value by automatically operating an oxygen concentrator immediately when the dissolved oxygen inside the water tank is lower than a reference value, and thus a risk of perish is prevented in advance, thereby facilitating stable raising and management. In addition, the raising system automatically manages the dissolved oxygen and water temperature, which are core factors having an influence on raising fishes and, conventionally, manually managed by most workers based on their own experiences through a direct sampling inspection, by using accurate data values. Furthermore, when a situation such as abnormality of maintaining oxygen concentration, decrease in discharge pressure, or power failure caused by year-round operation of oxygen plants currently built in most fish towns, or a situation where oxygen supply is impossible due to power outrage has occurred, the raising system of the present invention immediately responds to the situation so as to enable liquefied oxygen to be used in combination, thereby preventing fishes from dying.
