The present technology provides aryl or heteroaryl triazolone derivatives or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, preparation processes thereof, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same, and the use thereof. The aryl or heteroaryl triazolone derivatives or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts exhibit selective inhibitory activity on VAP-1 and therefore can be usefully applied, e.g., for the treatment and prophylaxis of nonalcoholic hepatosteatosis (NASH).La présente invention concerne des dérivés d'aryl ou d'hétéroaryl triazolone ou les sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ceux-ci, des procédés de préparation associés, des compositions pharmaceutiques les comprenant, et leur utilisation. Les dérivés d'aryl ou hétéroaryl triazolone ou leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables présentent une activité inhibitrice sélective sur VAP-1 et peuvent donc être appliqués de manière utile, par exemple, pour le traitement et la prophylaxie de l'hépatopathie non alcoolique (NASH).
