IOT based smart medical system according to an embodiment of the present invention, A state sensor for generating and transmitting at least one measurement value for measuring and detecting a state of a user； A gateway for receiving the measured value transmitted by the state sensor and transmitting the received measured value； A cloud collecting and storing measured values transmitted from the gateway； A guardian terminal accessing the cloud to receive the stored measured values and transmitting a control command input by the guardian to the cloud based on the received measured values； And a bed for adjusting the inclination angle or performing the bed sore prevention mode based on the control command transmitted from the guardian terminal.본 발명은 보호자 단말기로 환자 상태에 대한 측정 신호를 수신하고, 이를 기초로 환자의 침대를 제어하는 IOT 기반 스마트 의료 시스템에 관한 것으로,본 발명의 실시예에 따른 IOT 기반 스마트 의료 시스템은,사용자의 상태를 측정 감지하는 적어도 하나 이상의 측정값을 생성하여 전송하는 상태 센서； 상기 상태 센서에 의해 전송된 측정값을 수신하고, 수신된 측정값을 전송하는 게이트웨이； 상기 게이트웨이에서 전송된 측정값을 수집 저장하는 클라우드； 상기 클라우드에 접속하여 상기 저장된 측정값을 수신하고, 수신된 측정값을 기초로 보호자에 의해 입력된 제어 명령을 상기 클라우드로 전송하는 보호자 단말기； 및, 상기 보호자 단말기로부터 전송된 제어 명령을 기초로 경사 각도를 조절하거나 욕창 방지모드를 수행하는 침대를 포함한다.
