PURPOSE: A temperature adjusting device of a body insertion type device and a method thereof are provided to adjust the temperature of a specific body by a temperature adjusting sensor. CONSTITUTION: A temperature adjusting device includes an impulse sensor(110), a temperature adjusting sensor(120), an impulse related electronic circuit(130), a temperature adjusting circuit(140), and an external interface module(150). The impulse sensor stimulates the body. The temperature adjusting sensor is connected to an impulse sensor to adjust the temperature in a specific part of a body. The impulse related electronic circuit supports impulse generation in the body.
