PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new dispersion of polymer particles and to provide use of the dispersion in cosmetics and to provide a cosmetic composition containing the dispersion.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the cosmetic composition comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable medium, at least one dispersion of polymer particles in a liquid carbon-based medium, wherein the polymer is a copolymer comprising at least one first block that is soluble in the carbon-based medium and at least one second block that is insoluble in the carbon-based medium.
