The present invention relates to an ice bag which removes heat in an affected portion by using ice filled therein, easily comes into contact with a body part, and prevents water from being in contact with the affected portion to prevent a treatment effect from being lowered. The ice bag comprises: an ice pocket (10) which has ice filled therein and forms an ice injector (15) on one side thereof； a body (20) which forms both side units and a rear end unit of the ice pocket (10) to support the ice pocket (10)； tightening strings (30) which are extended from both sides in the width direction of the body (20) towards upper and lower sides in order to bring the ice pocket (10) into close contact with a body part to be fixed； and a clip (40) which seals the ice injector (15) of the ice pocket (10).
