The wearable cold and hot fomentation pack can adhere to and can be worn on various parts of bodies, can be conveniently used as a cold fomentation pack or a hot fomentation pack by simply injecting cold water or hot water, and can perform a water injecting operation in an easy manner.본 발명은 냉수 또는 온수를 주입하여 신체부위에 부착시키는 방식으로 착용가능한 착용식 냉온찜질팩에 관한 것이다.본 발명에서 해결하고자 하는 과제는 다음과 같다.즉, 신체의 다양한 부위에 밀착 착용 가능하면서도 탈부착이 용이하고, 또한 냉수 또는 온수를 단순히 주입하는 것으로 냉찜질팩 또는 온찜질팩으로 간편하게 사용할 수 있으며, 물 주입 작업이 용이한 착용식 냉온찜질팩을 제시하고자 한다.
