A cleaning-agent composition containing the following components: (A) a C12-22 fatty acid or a salt thereof (B) an anionic surfactant, other than component (A), that has carboxylic acid or a salt thereof bound to a hydrophilic group (C) a nonionic surfactant having a branched structure (D) a polyalcohol having an IOB value of 0.8 to 4 and (E) water. In terms of acid equivalents, the sum of the component (A) content and the component (B) content ((A)+(B)) is between 35 and 60 mass%, inclusive the mass ratio of the component (B) content to the sum of the component (A) content and the component (B) content ((B)/[(A)+(B)]) is between 0.06 and 0.65, inclusive the component (C) content is between 1.5 and 20 mass%, inclusive and the component (D) content is between 6 and 18 mass%, inclusive.本發明之洗淨劑組成物係含有以下成分(A)、(B)、(C)、(D)及(E)者,(A)碳數12~22之脂肪酸或其鹽、(B)除成分(A)以外於親水基上具有羧酸或其鹽之陰離子性界面活性劑、(C)具有分支構造之非離子性界面活性劑、(D)IOB值為0.8~4之多元醇、(E)水,並且以作為酸之換算質量計,成分(A)與成分(B)之含量之合計為(A)+(B)=35質量%以上且60質量%以下,成分(B)之含量、與成分(A)和成分(B)之含量之合計的質量比(B)/[(A)+(B)]為0.06以上且0.65以下,成分(C)之含量為1.5質量%以上且20質量%以下,成分(D)之含量為6質量%以上且18質量%以下。
