The face change information acquisition unit 1042 acquires "face change information" representing time series change of face data of a subject 300 to whom brain activation information is provided. The face change information decomposition unit 1043 decomposes the face change information by singular value decomposition or the like into a plurality of components 1, 2, 3, ...
