PURPOSE: A lattice type supporter for cell culture and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a space with various forms and to improve the survival rate of cell in cell culture. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a lattice type supporter for cell culture is as follows. Solid biodegradable polymer is inserted into a dispenser by using air pressure and is melted by applying heat. The melted biodegradable polymer is extruded in a filament form on a worktable by moving the dispenser or the worktable at a constant speed. Filaments are arranged in an axis different from the axis that molding is completed and are laminated.본 발명은 세포를 배양시키기 위하여 사용되는 생분해성 고분자물질을 원료로 하여 만들어지는 3차원 격자형태의 새포배양용 격자형 지지체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의한 세포배양용 격자형 지지체의 제조방법은 별도의 냉각장치 등이 필요없이 상온에서 고상의 생분해성 고분자재료를 바로 실린더에 투입하여 자체적으로 가열되어 용융된 고분자 재료를 필라멘트 형태로 압출시켜 상온에서 다른 경화용 매체나 경화장치가 필요없이 쾌속으로 세포배양용 격자형 지지체를 형성시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있으며, 상기 제조방법에 의해 제조된 세포배양용 격자형 지지체는 각 층을 형성시키는 필라멘트의 굵기와 간격이 일정하고 중심부와 가장자리 부분의 공극율이 같으므로 세포배양시 생존율이 좋고 인체적합성이 뛰어나다는 장점이 있다.
