A method for distributing feed over multiple separate feeding locations includes determining which feeding locations have a feed requirement； determining a priority for the feeding locations having a feed requirement, wherein a first feeding location has the highest priority； determining a feed composition and a first amount to be delivered to the first feeding location； determining a maximum filling amount of a feed delivery device； determining a remaining filling amount by subtracting the first amount from the maximum filling amount； determining which feeding locations have a feed requirement and require the same feed composition； apportioning at least a part of the remaining filling amount over one or more of the determined feeding locations； and filling the feed delivery device.L'invention concerne un procédé de distribution d'aliments pour animaux sur de multiples emplacements d'alimentation distincts (9a-9f) consistant: a) à déterminer quels emplacements d'alimentation nécessitent un approvisionnement en aliment； b) à déterminer une priorité pour les emplacements d'alimentation nécessitant un approvisionnement en aliment, un premier emplacement d'alimentation présentant la plus grande priorité； c) à déterminer une composition d'aliments et une première quantité devant être distribuée au premier emplacement d'alimentation； d) à déterminer une quantité de remplissage maximale d'un dispositif de distribution d'aliments (5)； e) à déterminer une quantité de remplissage restante par soustraction de la première quantité de la quantité de remplissage maximale； f) à déterminer quels emplacements d'alimentation nécessitent un approvisionnement en aliment de la même composition； g) à répartir au moins une partie de la quantité de remplissage restante sur un ou plusieurs des emplacements d'alimentation déterminés； h) à remplir le dispositif de distribution d'aliments.
