The present invention relates to a preservative patch which can be easily kept, can be easily utilized, and manufactured at low costs and which optimizes the performance of a preservative such as 1-MCP and the like. The present invention includes a base sheet； first and second preservative generating agents which are formed on top surfaces of the upper half and the lower half of the base sheet respectively to be mutually separated and which are made of materials capable of generating preservatives when the materials are mixed； an adhesive partially arranged on the top surface of the half of the base sheet； a cover sheet covering the top surfaces of the first and second preservatives and the adhesive； and an adhesive layer formed on one underside of the half of the base sheet.본 발명은 보관 및 사용이 쉽고, 제작 비용이 적게 들면서도 1-MCP 등의 선도유지제의 효과를 제대로 발휘할 수 있도록 구성된 선도 유지용 패치에 관한 것으로, 베이스 시트, 상기 베이스 시트를 양분하여 형성되는 양측 상면에는 각각 구비되되 서로 분리되어 구비되며, 서로 혼합시에 선도유지제가 발생될 수 있는 재료 중에 선택되는 제 1 및 제 2 선도유지제 발생제, 상기 베이스 시트를 양분하여 형성되는 일측 상면의 일부에 구비되는 접착제, 상기 베이스 시트, 제 1 및 제 2 선도유지제 발생제 및 접착제의 상면을 덮는 커버 시트 및 상기 베이스 시트의 양측 하면 중 일측 하면에 구비되는 접착제층을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
