PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope system capable of adjusting a white balance correction value easily according to a color temperature of an illumination light.SOLUTION: An endoscope system includes a reference light source for emitting a reference light, other light sources for emitting other light whose color temperature is different from that of the reference light source, a light guide member alternatively connected to the reference light source or the other light sources, switching means for switching the light source between the reference light source and the other light sources, an image pick-up device for picking up an image of a subject and generating a color signal, a white balance correction part for correcting the white balance of the color signal, a correction value setting part for setting a white balance correction value used for the white balance correction, and a recording part in which a coefficient used for a function indicating relations between the white balance correction values of the reference light and the other light is recorded beforehand.
