A method for diagnostics of laryngopharyngeal reflux comprises the implementation of indirect laryngoscopy. Additionally esophagogastroduodenoscopy is performed and in absence of endoscopic changes in the esophagus at the next day the day and night hypopharyngeal pH-monitoring is performed to a patient. For this purpose pH-microprobe is entered transnasally, it is removed in 24 hours, and the storage device for pH-information is connected to the computer with appropriate program of treatment and such indexes are analyzed, as total time of pH increase higher than 4.0, - reflux episode, time of the most prolonged reflux episode, total amount of reflux episodes, number of refluxes with duration more than 5 minutes. At fixation of total time of pH increase more than 5 % of total time of monitoring or at presence of refluxes with duration more than 10 minutes, or at presence of more than 50 reflux episodes during day and night, or at presence of more than 3 refluxes with duration more than 5 minutes, the conclusion is made about the presence of laryngopharyngeal reflux.Способ диагностики ларингофарингеального рефлюкса включает выполнение непрямой ларингоскопии. Дополнительно проводят эзофагогастродуоденоскопию и при отсутствии эндоскопических изменений в пищеводе на следующий день больному проводят суточный гипофарингеальный рН-мониторинг. Для этого трансназально вводят рН-микрозонд, через 24 часа его удаляют, а накопитель рН-информации подключают к компьютеру с соответствующей программой обработки и анализируют такие показатели, как общее время повышения рН выше 4,0 - эпизод рефлюкса, время наиболее длительного рефлюксного эпизода, общее количество рефлюксных эпизодов, количество рефлюксов длСпосіб діагностики ларингофарингеального рефлюксу включає виконання непрямої ларингоскопії.
