The present invention relates to a mask pack comprising a nanofiber and a manufacturing method thereof. The mask pack comprises a polyvinyl alcohol nanofiber on a substrate and a hydrophobic polymer nanofiber layer. The mask pack can adhere between a substrate layer and a polymer electrospinning layer in an easy manner, and does not generate the delamination. The skin adhesion is significantly improved by the presence of the nanofiber layer.
