The polyhedral additional body is positionally located coaxially within the tool table cylindrical or polyhedral body, wherein openings are made opposite to the electromagnets, where not closed cylindrical electromagnetic portions of the electromagnets and the inner core with windings having a circular or conical outer end are arranged for oriented fixation of the surgical and diagnostic devices housings. Inside and coaxially with the tool table rods are disposed circularly, their upper ends are fixed in the bottom of the robot system sliding lid, and the lower ends of the rods are fixed to the upper portion of the circular plate with support bearings for tool table reciprocating turning located on the upper surface edge, the bearings are operatively connected to the lower part of the tool table body by means of a sleeve.
