The invention relates to new solid pharmaceutical compositions comprising the angiotensin II receptor antagonist telmisartan, a basic agent, a surfactant or emulsifier and a water-soluble diluent, e.g. in form of granules or in form of a powder, as well as solid oral formulations ready for use/ingestion, e.g. capsule and tablet formulations made from said pharmaceutical compositions, and methods for producing said compositions and formulations making use of a fluid-bed granulation process or of a spray-drying process.본 발명은 안지오텐신 Ⅱ 수용체 길항제인 텔미사탄(telmisartan), 염기성제, 계면활성제 또는 유화제 및 수용성 희석제를 포함하는, 이를 테면 과립 또는 분말 형태의 신규한 고형 약제학적 조성물 및 당해 약제학적 조성물로 제조한 캡슐제 및 정제와 같은 복용/섭취용의 고형 경구투여용 제형, 및 유동층 과립화 공정 또는 분무-건조 공정을 이용하여 당해 조성물 및 제형을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
