The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a photo-crosslinkable silk fibroin structure and a photopolymerized silk fibroin composition for three-dimensional printing. In the present invention, a silk fibroin having a dual combination is manufactured by applying a methacrylate functional group to the silk fibroin, and then, a photo-initiator is added to the silk fibroin having a dual combination to photopolymerize the silk fibroin to manufacture hydrogel. Through the manufacturing method of the present invention, a photo-crosslinkable functional group is applied to the silk fibroin to manufacture photo-crosslinkable hydrogel only with the silk fibroin, and the photo-crosslinkable hydrogel is able to be manufactured in a visible light area as well as a UV area. Since the silk fibroin is able to be photopolymerized solely, cell toxicity is low during the photopolymerization.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018본 발명은 광가교성 실크 피브로인 구조체의 제조방법 및 광중합형 3D프린팅용 실크 피브로인 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 실크피브로인에 메타아크릴에이트작용기를 도입하여 이중결합을 가지는 실크피브로인을 제조하였고, 상기 이중결합을 가지는 실크피브로인에 광개시제를 첨가하여 광중합함으로써 하이드로젤을 제조하였다. 본 발명의 제조방법에서는, 실크피브로인에 광가교작용기를 도입하여 실크피브로인 단독으로 광가교 하이드로젤을 제조 가능하며, UV영역뿐만 아니라 가시광 영역에서도 광가교 하이드로젤 제조 가능하다. 또한, 실크피브로인 단독으로 광중합이 가능하여, 광중합시 세포독성이 낮다.
