The antibacterial solution contains fine particles of an antibacterial agent, a binder, and a solvent, wherein the fine particles of the antibacterial agent comprise a silver-carrying inorganic oxide； the average diameter of the fine particles of the antibacterial agent is not larger than 1.0 µm； the binder comprises at least one kind of silane compound； the solvent comprises an alcohol and water； and the content of the alcohol is 10% by mass or more relative to the total mass of the antibacterial solution.
