PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new antibacterial film or the like excellent in persistency.SOLUTION: Provided is an antibacterial film made of a film formed on the surface of a film formation object and including a nickel chromium oxide by utilizing the phenomena that nickel chromium oxide obtained by oxidizing a nickel chromium alloy not used in antibacterial application expresses an antibacterial action, and also, the antibacterial action is persistently expressed. As the form of the antibacterial agent, particularly, limitations are not put only if the nickel chromium oxide exhibits an antibacterial action (antibacterial properties), and, for example, it may be the film shaped one such as an antibacterial film or may be the powder shaped one (fine particle shaped one). Further, as the antibacterial agent, the one obtained by carrying a nickel chromium oxide as an antibacterial substance to a powder shaped(fine particle shaped) core material, e.g., made of an inorganic substance or an organic substance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
