The present invention relates to RNA constructs capable of encoding antigenic peptides or polypeptides derived from multiple Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) early proteins, and to immunogenic compositions comprising such RNA constructs and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Such RNA constructs and immunogenic compositions are useful in the treatment of persistent HPV infection and low-grade HPV lesions, particularly infections and lesions of human anogenital epithelial tissue, such as cervical epithelia.La présente invention concerne des constructions d'ARN capables de coder pour des peptides ou polypeptides antigéniques dérivés de plusieurs protéines précoces des papillomavirus humains (PVH), et des compositions immunogènes comprenant de telles constructions d'ARN et un véhicule pharmaceutiquement acceptable.
