PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking sheet which can fix an affected part and promote blood circulation, and can be continuously used even when wet with water because of its air permeability and water resistance.SOLUTION: The sticking sheet is configured to include parts containing effective components on one side of a base material sheet, and an adhesive agent layer on the other side of the base material sheet as a sticking means and is stuck to the body for use and has an applied portion in which an application material made by mixing the effective components such as a ceramic accounting for 65 to 85 mass%, a tourmaline accounting for 20 to 10 mass%, a zeolite accounting for 5 to 1 mass% and an additive accounting for the rest with a binder is dispersedly applied to one side of the base material sheet.
