The present invention relates to a skin whitening cosmetic composition containing a high-content vitamin C derivative, and more specifically, to a skin whitening cosmetic composition with a water-in-oil dispersion form, comprising 1 to 20 wt% of a vitamin C derivative, 0.1 to 5 wt% of an incremental polymer, 1 to 20 wt% of oil emollient, 0.5 to 10 wt% of a nonionic surfactant, and the remainder of water, with respect to the total weight of the composition. According to the present invention, the skin whitening composition comprises a high-content vitamin C derivative with the water-in-oil dispersion formation, and disperses the incremental polymer to the exterior surface. Therefore, the cosmetic composition can properly control viscosity of the formation, has excellent stability over time, and improve a moisturizing function with the reduction of stickiness by dispersing oil emollient inside the water-in-oil dispersion form, thereby providing significantly improved feeling of use.본 발명은 고함량의 비타민C 유도체를 포함하는 미백 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 조성물 총 중량 대비 비타민C 유도체 1 내지 20 중량%, 점증용 고분자 0.1 내지 5 중량%, 유상 에몰리언트 1 내지 20 중량%, 비이온성 계면활성제 0.5 내지 10 중량% 및 잔량의 물을 포함하는 수중유분산 제형의 미백 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 미백 화장료 조성물은 수중유분산 제형에 고함량의 비타민C 유도체를 포함하면서도 외상에 점증용 고분자를 분산시킴으로써 제형의 점도가 적절하게 조절되고 경시 안정성이 현저하게 우수하다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 미백 화장료 조성물은 수중유분산 제형의 내상에 유상 에몰리언트를 분산시킴으로써 끈적임, 밀림을 줄이고 보습 기능이 향상되어 사용감이 현저하게 우수하다.
